Hi, my name is Lacey. I'm thrilled that you are taking the first step in creating your home birth or birthing center story. I'm a NARM certified Midwife, licensed in the state of Arizona. I serve Payson and the surrounding areas and would love to meet you!
Whats included in my home birth package?
Creekside Midwifery strives to give you complete perinatal care. Your package will include

One hour prenatal appointments

Your birth

6 weeks postpartum care. (Initial 2 visits are in your home!)

One session with Grace Filled Healing before or after your birth

A hand tie dyed birthing kit

One pelvic floor evaluation with Intuitive Women's Health

4 hours with a postpartum Doula to be used anytime within the first 6 weeks after delivery
